How Leasing Helped Diminish IT Obsolescence

CSI Leasing Customer:

  • Spanish air transport company
  • Market leader in Spain, Europe and Latin America, with the biggest range of destinations
  • Offers the best connections, and considered third in Europe and sixth in the world in terms of turnover

The Problem
The company had 9,000 computers with very obsolete hardware and software that resulted in high operational and technical support costs. In addition, this company was not able to centralize the technology acquisition in offices outside Spain.

The Solution
CSI Renting, as an international company with the ability to lease in more than 36 countries, rented new equipment tailor-made to the customer’s business that included project management, commercial support and equipment purchasing. The whole process was centralized in Spain in coordination with the procurement and IT departments from the customer and CSI Renting.
