Steve joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney before becoming general counsel in 1988. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI’s international expansion to Europe, Latin America, and Asia until becoming president and COO in 2008. In 2016, he was named vice chairman and CEO, then chairman in 2018. Prior to CSI, Steve was an associate with law firm Susman, Schermer, Rimmel & Parker and a clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., on the Missouri Court of Appeals. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Missouri – St Louis, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1977. Steve also received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in 1980. In 2022, he was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Steve is a member of the Regional Business Council of St. Louis.

Arnaldo joined CSI in 2002 as managing director of CSI Latina Financial, a holding company for CSI’s Latin American subsidiaries. In addition to serving as CSI Latina Financial’s president, he was promoted to president of CSI’s international division in 2009, overseeing subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In 2016, he was named president, overseeing worldwide sales and marketing. Prior to CSI, Arnaldo was managing director at El Camino Resources de America Latina, Inc; associate director of lease finance at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC); and an analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Arnaldo received a bachelor’s degree in business from Audrey Cohen College in 1992.

Javier joined CSI Renting in 2002 as financial manager and was promoted to country manager in 2005. After successfully growing and leading CSI Renting de Tecnologia over a number of years, Javier was promoted to regional manager Southern Europe in 2011 and then to senior managing director for Europe in 2016. Prior to joining CSI, Javier worked at Banco Sabadell. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad de Barcelona. Javier also received a Master of Finance from ESADE Business School and completed the Management Development Program of IESE Business School.

5Enrique joined CSI in 2008 and has served in several positions in different geographies. Leveraging his nearly 30 year leasing career, Enrique has been involved in the development and execution of CSI’s European direct and vendor program strategy. Prior to CSI, Enrique worked in the Asset Based Finance units of Citibank Mexico and Citibank International, as well as at HP Financial Services as Managing Director for Latin America. Enrique has a BSE in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana of Mexico City.

Maria Angeles Romera has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona. She is specialized in Management Control.

Maria Angeles began her professional career in 1995 working in budget control positions in a public sector company. Then her professional career changed course towards the private sector in 2001, joining a multinational company dedicated to Computer Renting. At the beginning of her career in the world of Renting, she held the position of Management Controller and subsequently she hold different positions of responsibility both in the Financial area and in the Administration area, with notable professional recognition in the sector.

In 2013 she joined the CSI RENTING DE TECNOLOGIA team as Director of Administration and Credit. After years of company growth, in 2020, she was appointed General Manager of CSI RENTING DE TECNOLOGIA.

Ramon Planelles joined CSI Renting de Tecnologia in 2006 in order to develop a Business Unit focused on the execution of ICT Consulting projects and services. In 2008, he then joined the commercial team dedicated to Renting, having been very successful from the beginning. In 2016 he was promoted to Deputy Sales Manager leading commercial teams and leading Collaboration Programs with the main IT players in the market. Ramón has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He began his professional career in 2000 as an ICT Analyst at Grupo Penteo – Independent Analyst of the ICT Market, where a few years later he reached the Industry Account Management for the entire national territory. It should be noted that his work and dedication has led him to continuously stand out within the organization, and has become a very important value within the commercial force of CSI RENTING DE TECNOLOGIA.
